Norwegian Energy Consortium had a successful presentation at the “Energy” in Belgrade on 13th October 2016. At the fair were presented following Norwegian companies: “Energi Teknikk” AS (complete supplier of electro-mechanical equipment for small and medium hydropower plants), “Brødrene Dahl” AS (supplier of pipelines and equipment for water transportation), “Optimo Finance” AS (financially consulting for providing credit support from Norway),”Sandvoll” AS ( low-energy houses), “Norimport Trading” AS (coordinator and founder of the Norwegian Energy Consortium), also on our trade fair stand were present the following Serbian partner companies “Hidroistel” D.O.O (member of the Norwegian Energy Consortium and the new strategic partner of the Norwegian company “Energi Teknikk” AS), Sberbank Belgrade (credit support arrangements in Serbia, in cooperation with the Norwegian GIEK and Eksport Kreditt Norge) and “Ras Hidroinzinjerig” Beograd (construction company for small and medium-sized hydro power plants).

During the main day of the exhibition at the Belgrade fair, on October 13th, on the stand of the Norwegian Energy Consortium are solemnly, with the presence of a large number of business friends, clients and representatives of the Norwegian Embassy in Belgrade Mrs Jannicke Bain (Norwegian Embassy in Belgrade), the Norwegian Deputy Ambassador, was signed two important contracts . The first contract was signed between owner of Serbian company “Hidroistel” D.O.O with Mr. Goran Petrusic as the owner of this company and the Norwegian company “Energi Teknikk” with the presence of the President of the Board of Directors, Mr. Eivind Tvedt. The subject of the contract is the establishment of strategic partnerships and entering the Serbian company in Norwegian “Energi Teknikk” AS as the second largest shareholder. This cooperation will lead to greater engagement of Norwegian companies in Serbia, and the first next step, is opening an office in Belgrade of ” Norwegian Energy Consortium” which is expected by the end of this year. Another contract was also signed between “Hidroistel” D.O.O, and the US company “Clean Earth Capital” LLC and its President Mr. Philip H. Bay. This American company currently has an investment of 350 Million Eur in the project “New Nis” (http://www.blic.rs/vesti/srbija/novi-nis-do-2021-najveci-gradevinski-poduhvat-pokrenut-posle-cetiri-godine-cekanja/zfq0mzr ), where will build residential and commercial complexes, hospitals, university and other facilities important for the residents of the city of Nis. The subject of the signed contract is the purchasing of “Green energy” from the company “Hidroistel” D.O.O as a producer (and soon trader of green energy with Norwegian partners) of this energy and for using in the project “New Nis”, because the construction of this complex in so-called “Green building”, which includes ecological materials.

Norwegian partners were on our stand are as follows: Mr. Eivind Tvedt (Energi Teknikk AS), Mr. Bill Schjelderup (founder of the “Bergen Energi” AS and Chairman of the Board, “Fish Pool” ASA), , Mr. Bjørn Nordby (Optimo Finance AS), Mr. Geir Rusten (Sandvoll AS), Mr. Torgeir Rusten (Sandvoll AS), Mr. Milan Barackov (Norimport Trading AS) and our Serbian partners: Sberbank Belgrade Mr. Dejan Ilic and “HIdroistel” Mr. Goran Petrusic and Vladan Milutinovic.
last but not least, it was agreed with the Norwegian partners, that early next year in Belgrade, will be organized a business event with potential Norwegian investors in green energy projects in Serbia and Montenegro. Our consortium will be the host of this event in Belgrade. We will timely notified Norwegian embassy acording this, and we hope for your presence at this event.
